  We recommend changing carbon every 2 weeks. As a whole it is better to use less carbon and change it more often so that you can keep the parameters in the tank more stable.

  How much of the ROX carbon do I need to run for a 210 gallon tank?

  Great question. For a 210 gallon tank you would be looking at about 1 1/3 cup. The easiest way to calculate how much of any of our carbons (or really any of our bulk materials) is to cheat and use our reef calculator. It can be found right here:
