This pump is absolutely perfect for dosing two part and runs absolutely silent. This is what we we use in our tanks. They also use inexpensive airline for extension tubing. With the addition of an inexpensive digital timer these provide a fully automated calcium and alkalinity solution. The pump is only capable of dosing a single fluid, you will need two to fully automate your two part dosing system. The tubing set typicality lasts 1-2 years but will depend on the amount of use. Please note that the flow rate of each pump will vary slightly and should be tested before use to determine the exact flow rate . This pump does not work well for auto top off systems because the flow rate is intentionally slow. ***These Pumps have four rollers that completely close off the tubing and WILL NOT BACK SIPHON *** We offer a one year replacement warranty on these pumps, this does not include the replacement tubing.  |
