- 100 GPD Reverse Osmosis Membrane - GE Osmonics
Best Price, Works Well By Shannon on 7/19/12Shannon would recommend this product to a friendBought this one last year when the 150 GPD Membrane was out of stock. It worked well.
Don't forget to check if the right flow ristrictor is on your system.
BRS had the best price I could find.
Will not buy again. By Mark on 4/18/12Mark wouldn't recommend this product to a friendUsed this membrane for less than 6 months and TDS shot to 64!
Will not buy again. By Mark on 4/18/12Mark wouldn't recommend this product to a friendUsed this membrane for less than 6 months and TDS has shot to 84! Must have gotten a bad membrane:(
Best price for top quality By Mark on 3/26/11Mark would recommend this product to a friendThanks to my Dual Inline TDS Meter (DM-1 HM Digital) I could clearly see that it was time to replace my membrane. This is the best price I have seen for this top quality membrane. BRS does it again.
Perfect for my RO/DI system! By Erika on 2/10/11Erika would recommend this product to a friendI purchased this replacement membrane for my RO/DI unit and it was less expensive than where I was buying it previously but the exact same product. Thanks BRS!
On my system its great By Todd on 3/24/10Todd would recommend this product to a friendIt must be that my water is very clean to begin with because the most TDS I have seen leave this is 1 and is usually 0 . I will probably go with a fimtec 75gpd when this one expires but for now I am completely happy. My water pressure is 100 psi coming out of the tap so I have to regulate it down to 80. This membrane when my water is at spec(77 deg.) puts out about 150-160 a day of water. If the water is the usual 55-60 degrees it puts out 100 a day. This is because of my water pressure. If it is lower you might not get the performance

I have an Aqau FX 100GPD system. Is the GE Osmonics the proper membrane to replace my old one?
Bulk Reef Supply Hey Dave,
Membranes (and prefilters too) come in a standardized size. This membrane would fit just fine as a replacement for your existing 100gpd membrane.

How often should this membrane be replaced?
Bulk Reef Supply Hey Robert,
Membranes typically need to be replaced every 3-5 years or so!

Does the TMF-100 come with a flow restricter? Thanks.
Bulk Reef Supply Hey there,
The membranes themselves do not come with a flow restrictor. A flow restrictor should already be installed on your RO/DI unit though. It would not typically be necessary unless you are changing the size of your membrane (and thus need to change your flow restrictor as well). They can be found right here:
